Go Deep! Ideal for testing vertical “layers”, stratified lakes, or performing a comprehensive survey of deep waters. Turbidity is measured by “Secchi depth”, using a 20 cm diameter, black and white Secchi disk and calibrated line. All the necessary apparatus and reagents to test four basic water quality factors and detailed instructions are fitted within a secure foam insert, housed within a rugged field carrying case. Economical reagent refill packages are available for either the entire outfit or individual reagents.
